A WORKSPACE FOR YOUR SHOP
Your orders, menu and customers.
One place to keep up.
Your shop gets its own dashboard, with access to its own information. Make everyday menu changes and see what is happening with text orders.
Keep the menu accurate.
Sync a connected Square catalog, or manage items and prices in PizzaiBot for a standalone setup. Keep availability current and review your menu before launch.
Follow the orders.
See paid orders, customer details and pickup or delivery instructions. Manage connected Square orders in Square, or accept Stripe orders in PizzaiBot, set a preparation estimate and mark them ready or completed. Customers receive text updates.
See your running fee.
Check your month-to-date shop service fee, pending amounts and progress toward your monthly cap. Your shop’s figures stay separate from other shops.
Customers can request an itemized email receipt and confirm a saved email address. Your dashboard also includes service status and direct support contact details. Printing and POS compatibility are reviewed during setup.
ANOTHER WAY TO ORDER DIRECT
Between the phone call
and the delivery app.
Some customers love calling their local pizza shop. Others want to order without a conversation or a trip through a delivery marketplace. PizzaiBot is being built for that middle ground: convenient text ordering, directly with your shop.
Keep the personal option.
Add texting alongside your phone and counter service. Customers get another way to order; your team gets fewer routine interruptions.
Make direct ordering easy.
Customers can ask questions and change their cart in an ordinary text conversation. No new app to download or marketplace to browse.
Keep fees clear.
Our aim is an affordable alternative for customers who already know where they want to eat. Any text-ordering fee is shown before confirmation. Delivery and other shop charges remain separate.
PizzaiBot is an ordering service, not a gig-driver network. Actual savings depend on the shop, basket and alternative checkout total; a lower total is not guaranteed.
WHY THE EXTRA OPTION MATTERS
Meet younger customers
where they’re comfortable.
The US restaurant figures cover recent quickservice, deli or coffee-shop customers; age groups were 18–27 and 28–43 in the 2024 report. These surveys show openness to digital ordering and discomfort with some calls. They do not measure demand for PizzaiBot or prove a preference for SMS over phone orders.
