Privacy Policy

PizzaiBot Personal Test is a personal software prototype operated by William Callahan. SMS testing is limited to approved invited testers; public customer messaging is not available.

Information we process

When you text PizzaiBot, we process your phone number, message content, message identifiers, and delivery information to answer your request. The prototype stores phone numbers, message identifiers, dates, automated replies, and opt-out status for troubleshooting, duplicate prevention, and honoring your choices. Twilio and carriers process message content and delivery records.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate and troubleshoot the test and manage consent. Twilio, telecommunications carriers, and hosting or connection providers process data as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI-assisted testing

OpenAI processes your message text, recent conversation messages, and demo cart to interpret requests. We do not include your phone number in the AI request. Recent messages and carts are stored by this prototype to support follow-up changes. AI responses can be wrong. If you provide a name or address in a message, OpenAI may process that text to identify the details you want remembered. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information.

Remembering you

The bot asks for a name and remembers the name you provide with your texting number. If you voluntarily share a personal address, it can save that address with the same number. You can continue without providing either. Saved details remain when you reset your cart and help personalize future conversations. An address is not verified and does not confirm delivery eligibility. Tell the bot your updated name or address to correct it, or contact the operator through HELP to request deletion of saved details and test records.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop automated texts. Reply START to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance. You can request access to or deletion of test records by texting HELP, then requesting assistance from the operator. Some records may remain where necessary to honor an opt-out or meet service-provider or legal requirements.

Website inquiries from shop owners

When you request a demo or quote, we collect the contact and business details you submit: name, email, phone, shop name and location, menu link, register/POS information, ordering services, fulfillment preferences and optional notes. We use them to assess your setup and respond. This does not subscribe you to marketing or create an account.

Inquiries are stored in a private owner inbox on Cloudflare for up to 180 days, then removed during the next daily cleanup. An email notification containing your submission is sent to PizzaiBot through Resend; email copies may remain in business correspondence. A daily hash of the request IP address helps limit spam and is removed after about three days. Inquiry details are not submitted to the ordering AI.

Email bj@pizzaibot.com to correct your inquiry or request deletion, including email copies. Do not submit passwords, payment details or customer records. Inquiry details are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Website and external links

No advertising trackers have been added by PizzaiBot. Hosting providers may process technical request information. External ordering websites have their own privacy policies. PizzaiBot does not collect payment details or submit orders.
